Enjoy our house made pizza dough at home!
Dough makes one 14" crust. Let the dough come to room temperature for at least one hour before baking. Preheat your oven to 425°F and lightly oil your pan. Roll or press out the dough to fit the pan, forming a crust along the edges. Par-bake for 12 minutes, then add your favorite toppings. Return to the oven and bake for another 12–14 minutes, or until the crust and toppings are done to your liking.
Ingredients: gluten free flour blend (sweet white rice flour, whole grain brown rice flour, potato starch, whole grain sorghum flour, tapioca flour, and xanthan gum), psyllium husk, pure maple syrup, yeast, pink himalayan salt, baking powder, water, olive oil
