We saw how difficult it was for people with food intolerances to find nutritious and delicious treats. So in 2018, we decided it was time to make it easier for them to truly enjoy snacks and desserts.

Alms + Fare was founded with a mission to make sweet things simple, with treats that are delicious yet wholesome. By using just a few quality ingredients to create our snacks and desserts, they are sure to both benefit your body, and satisfy your sweet tooth. All of our treats are gluten free, dairy free, and naturally sweetened - with all the good taste still packed in.

We don’t just make delicious treats, we’re also on a mission to make healthy food accessible to all, to alleviate hunger, and to teach the importance of nourishing our bodies with good food. Every time you buy our treats, we donate to organizations who work toward this cause. This is what the 'Alms' in Alms + Fare is all about - charitable giving.

Who we give to & why

Epic-Cure

Epic-Cure eliminates food waste and hunger through food rescue and distribution while also teaching cooking classes and workshops to Title 1 school children and US military veterans, teaching them the cooking skills to build their resumes and feed their families. With each purchase, we donate locally to Epic-Cure in St. Augustine!

Beam Thrift

The Grace Garden at Beam Thrift provides four seasons of organic produce for their food pantry and to neighbors in need in the Jacksonville beaches community. Clients of the food pantry are able to select their own groceries, empowering them to choose what best meets their families needs. They are also assisted in learning about good nutrition and planning healthy meals. Every time you purchase a treat, we donate locally to Beam in Jacksonville Beach!
